Exchange Policy

At Nexus Shoes, we are committed to providing premium-quality footwear and an exceptional shopping experience. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or need a size exchange, we're here to help—provided the conditions below are met.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

• The exchange request must be submitted on the same day the order is delivered.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original box, packaging, tags, and accessories.
• A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.

Size Exchange

Need a different size? We're happy to assist.

• Size exchange requests must be made on the same day the order is delivered.
• A AED 25 courier charge applies for all size exchanges.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us on the same day of delivery with clear photos of the product.

Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional courier charges.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without the original box, packaging, or tags.
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
• Gift cards or customized products.
• Exchange requests submitted after the day of delivery.
