📦 Open Parcel Before Payment

We offer Open Parcel Before Payment for your peace of mind.

• You may open and check the parcel at the time of delivery before making payment.

• If you have any concerns regarding quality, size, or price, you can refuse the order immediately.

• In case of any issue at delivery time, we will dispatch a replacement order accordingly at no additional cost.

🔄 Exchange After Receiving the Order

If you request an exchange after accepting and receiving the parcel, the following conditions apply:

• Courier charges will be applied.

• A minimum fee of 30 AED will be charged for normal areas.

• For remote areas, exchange charges may vary depending on courier service.

📌 Important Notes

• Exchange requests must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging.

• Courier service policies for remote areas are beyond our control.

We recommend customers check their parcel carefully at the time of delivery to avoid additional courier charges.
